Refund policy
Once an Order Confirmation has been received, JoboAfrika.com cannot accept any cancellation of the agreed Services and no refunds will be given. Subscription Services are for a minimum term of 12 months unless otherwise agreed with JoboAfrika.com. No refunds will be given for early termination. For the avoidance of doubt, free jobs and Premium Job Advert credits do not roll over beyond the end of the contract. For Services purchased online, refunds may occasionally be given at JoboAfrika.com sole and absolute discretion.
